Android and PHP developer needed

I am developing an online service that is helping people to sell their home/cottage by themselves, without a real estate agent.

The homepage is written in PHP, using MySql.
An android application will also be made, that most likely needs to be written in Java, since it needs to communicate with the phones sms inbox.

Other knowledges:
It is a plus, but not required, if you are good in HTML and CSS, with a feeling for homepage design.
Having knowledge in Microsoft Reporting Services is also a plus(but not required)

The person needs to be able to work for 40 hours/week, without having another job/study that will take away the focus.
