Amazon Product Optimizations Team Manager

Welch Products LLC is a fast-growing eCommerce business selling people's products on Amazon and other online marketplaces.

Welch Products seeks an Amazon Optimizations Team Manager for our Ecommerce Department. This role involves managing our optimization team to ensure that client's product pages are being improved to increase sales on Amazon.

You will be a great fit if you are a person who loves working with a team of specialists to improve listings on Amazon, helping clients succeed, and meeting or exceeding quick deadlines.

You will manage the team, including our PPC Specialist, Graphic Design Specialist, Copy Specialist, SEO Specialist, Account Health Specialist, and Catalog Specialist. You will need the all-around skill to understand all of these positions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

-3+ years of Amazon seller central experience
-3+ years of Amazon listing optimization experience
-3+ years of project management experience
-copywriting experience in an Amazon-related position.
-Familiarity with PPC
-Familiarity with graphic design that drives clicks and conversions on Amazon
-Amazon SEO experience
-Excellent communications skills
-Strong organizational and prioritization skills
-Ability to self-motivate and work in a fast-changing business environment
-Willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into the details; a “can-do” attitude
-Comfortable in spreadsheets, reporting, and analysis
-Experience with the Google platform, including Drive, Sheets, etc...

COMPENSATION

-Hourly pay negotiable
-2 weeks of paid time off annually
