Data Cleaning and Prospecting Specialist

LecsIT, a rapidly growing IT and cybersecurity company based in Indiana, is seeking an experienced List Cleaner / Data Enhancer to join our team. We are actively looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in outbound phone sales to support our expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:
-Conducting 100 weekly outbound calls to engage and build relationships with potential customer prospects.
-Cleaning and enhancing 125 company contacts each week to expand our prospect list.
-Managing our company Excel file, maintaining both the raw and clean prospect lists.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in list building, list scrubbing, web research, and CRM data management
- Proven experience with Keap (Infusionsoft) CRM or equivalent system experience
- Strong web research skills and ability to find accurate and complete information
- Strong ENGLISH speaking and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data quality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: TBD Based on Experience & Qualifications

Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay

Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
