Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for selling the benefits of our job portal to HR professionals in the healthcare sector across Asia Pacific region. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying and qualifying leads, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to articulate the value of our online job board to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry
2. Identify and qualify leads, Close deals
3. Track and report on sales performance
4. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the healthcare industry
5. Work with other departments to ensure that sales initiatives are aligned with the company's overall goals
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the HR or healthcare industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Familiarity with ZOHO CRM or HubSpot would be a bonus.
