Ecommerce Administrative Executive
Job Set-up and Requirements:
• Working from Home will be the permanent default mode
• Position is open except for the Province of Nueva Ecija
• Internet and power stability is mandatory
• Work in Shifts (8:00AM-5:30PM - Shift 1 & 12:00PM-9:30PM - Shift 2)
• Salary is SGD 500.00 during probation period and SGD 550.00 upon regularization
Skills:
• Strong English Proficiency Skills
• Knowledge in Oracle NS is a plus consideration
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Respond to reviews in ecommerce platforms
• Handle and manage ecommerce customers’ queries via Seller chat and contacting them with the company’s work phone when needed
• Involved in the invoicing of all POs
• Involved in the marketing aspect of our Online shops on all ecommerce platforms
• Involved in the content management of our Online shops on all ecommerce platforms
• Maintain electronic filing system for all needed company’s documents
