Are you an experienced digital marketer with a passion for driving success through Google Ads and Facebook Ads? Booking Success is currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Google Ads and Facebook Ads Assistant.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Availability to work from 3 PM to 12 PM (Philippines time).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and high-quality work.
- Willingness to adhere to established processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
As a Google Ads and Facebook Ads Assistant at Booking Success, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital advertising campaigns and maximizing their performance. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
2. Conducting keyword research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
3. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective ad copy and creatives.
5. Implementing tracking tags and conversion pixels to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
6. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
7. Following established processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Demonstrable experience working with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a proven track record of achieving positive results.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup and optimization.
- Good understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools, such as Google ---------- or Facebook Pixel.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless coordination with the marketing team.
