As we continuously grow and evolve, we are now seeking for a skilled and experienced web manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our web team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our website development projects including content creation, website updates, and website design. Additionally, the web manager will be responsible for managing website analytics to ensure that the website is optimized for maximum performance. You are expected to manage our web team and fully coordinate with other teams to ensure that client requirements are satisfactorily met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage website development team
Monitor website trends and implement best practices
Creation of web team SOPs
Manage website analytics and reporting
Manage website SEO implementation
Manage website design and user experience
Monitor website performance and take corrective action as needed
QA of completed websites
Qualifications:
At least three years of experience in website development and management
At least 3 years of web dev project management
Strong understanding of website design principles and user experience
Basic understanding of SEO implementation and website analytics
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
