Account Onboarding Specialist – We need a problem-solving machine with an accounting background.

The Account Onboarding Specialist we are looking for is someone who will enjoy the herculean task of solving the puzzle our new clients created by doing their own books (usually very poorly). You will be responsible for the critical task of transitioning our clients’ books to a standardized chart of accounts. This includes reclassifying transactions and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. You will do this after performing the initial unique account clean up and solving the issues that will arise during the transition process. You will own the project and will be responsible for efficiently transitioning each of our new clients to our system and providing a checklist for the recurring bookkeeping team to ensure they are aware of each client's ---------- ller Accountant is a quickly-growing, niche accounting firm with a bright future.
