Dispositions Manager

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispositions Manager to join our team. As a Dispositions Manager, you will be responsible for listing properties for sale on various platforms such as Land Watch, Land Modo, Facebook, and more. Additionally, you will handle the entire process from writing compelling listing descriptions to scheduling professional photoshoots using ---------- . You will also engage with potential buyers, providing them with information about the properties and addressing any inquiries they may have. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage property listings on platforms such as Land Watch, Land Modo, Facebook, and other relevant websites.
- Write captivating listing descriptions that highlight the unique features and selling points of each property.
- Coordinate and schedule professional photoshoots using ---------- or similar services to capture high-quality images of the properties.
- Engage with potential buyers, answering their questions and providing them with accurate information about the properties.
- Stay updated on the latest platform policies and guidelines to prevent flagging or content removal.
- Maintain regular communication with the business owner, discussing marketing strategies and making necessary adjustments to listings.
- Monitor and review marketing activities daily to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with county, city, and HOA representatives to verify and confirm property information.
- Undertake other high-level marketing activities as required, adapting to the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements:
- Strong internet and phone service to support remote work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent analytical, creative, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven mindset, focusing on high-value activities.
- Familiarity with the factors that may trigger flagging on platforms like ---------- and Facebook, and the ability to stay updated on platform policies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google products such as Gmail, Hangouts, Sheets, Docs, and Drive.

- Previous experience in real estate sales, with a preference for land sales, is highly desirable.
