We are a Startup SEO/LeadGen company with a passion for helping small businesses succeed! As a startup, we are constantly growing and looking for our next leader. For the entry role in our LeadGen department, we are looking for a passionate worker (~40 hours/week) with passion for learning new things and working in a startup environment. We strive for excellence and expect our employees to be reliable, goal oriented and hardworking! Since this role will manage large amount of critical data and involve real time decision making based on live calls analysis, this job requires a high level of communication skills with extreme attention to detail and utmost focus on accuracy. We are going to train you on everything you need to know, so it is very important that you are 100% transparent with any issues or concerns. We don't think of this job as a one-time hire, we expect our virtual assistant to be a long term employee with characteristics that match the culture of our company.

We plan to invest in your future and grow together. With that, there are opportunities for hour rate raises and expanded role with good performance, as early as few months if it is a good fit for both of us.

*The payment will be based on the amount of hours worked.

Duties include:

-Working and managing the call logs on a pay-per-call network
-Listening to live calls and taking instant decisions/actions to maximize conversions
-Export large amount of call logs data to various Google Sheets and analyze it
-Prepare weekly performance reports based on results from decisions/actions you take
-Communicating with teams with any issues

Qualifications/Requirements:

-Must be able to work 9am-5pm PST
-Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking and Writing)
-Must be willing to do multitasking in multiple departments
-Good communication skills.
-High attention to detail
-Reliable and does not miss deadlines
