Job Description:

USA Contract Solutions is on a mission to help 100,000 small and minority businesses leverage government contracting to grow and scale. We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to work closely with our clients, assisting them in acquiring government contracts. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the knowledge and tools necessary to support our clients in this specialized field.

As an Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure that our clients receive outstanding service and results.

Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding new clients and support business development efforts
Work closely with assigned clients to help them grow their businesses through government contracts
Help clients find and secure government contracts using our proven processes
Collaborate with internal and external teaUpgrade to see actual infombers from the point of sale through the conclusion of our services
Generate results for clients by providing effective business solutions

Requirements:

- Experience managing multiple projects and clients under tight timelines
- Ability to cultivate strong, trusting customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- High level of discretion and sensitivity regarding personal, financial, and other client information
- Team player, able to collaborate and communicate well with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, maintaining a positive attitude without complaining, making excuses, or gossiping
- Ability to anticipate client needs and eliminate friction whenever possible
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Mac/Microsoft, and open to learning new technology such as Slack, Zoom, Facebook, CRMs, and automation tools
