VA for youtube channel and IG account growth

We are looking for a junior VA, to work on social media accounts and youtube video editing.

We will need the following necessary skills:
1. IG research, researching post, keywords, scheduling strategy etc.
2. Post, reels and slideshow creation, with our own brand or reposting viral posts etc.
3. some notion of Tiktok would be valued
4. Notions about how to monetize the IG pages

4. Youtube video creation/editing from stockfotos and videos to nice, high quality video
6. participate in YT video ideas and channel management if motivated.

We pay bonuses if the channels are profitable.

We are looking to launch one channel in IG and have around 6-8 videos per week in different niches.
Our aim is to have a part time VA for 4 hours, and if very happy, we can hire fulltime for expansion.
