Book Formatter for Amazon KDP Cooking Book

We are looking for an experienced person to format our cookbook completely. The cookbook has pictures and ---------- is already written and roughly preformatted.
The person should format it in hardcover, paperback and ---------- is IMPORTANT that this person has relevant experience with Amazon KDP. Someone who knows the requirements exactly and can also implement them.

With your application, please send at least one example of how you formatted a book. We will not respond to applications without a sample.

We are NOT looking for a person to do the cover! We are looking for someone to format THE CONTENT according to Amazon KDP specifications.
