JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a financial wiz who loves to crunch numbers? Do you have a knack for maintaining clean books and making reconciliation look like a walk in the park? Have you mastered the art of Xero bookkeeping? If you're nodding 'YES' to these questions, then this job is for you.

We run and manage a few e-commerce businesses, in which we need help with Xero.

Responsibilities:

- Handle daily bookkeeping duties including A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliation.
- Accurately record financial transactions and post details of business transactions in Xero.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Support financial audits as required.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with Xero expertise.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a remote team.
