Affiliate Manager

I am looking for an assistant to drive traffic to my websites through affiliate management. Checklists will be provided for the following tasks although the ideal candidate will have experience in these areas.
Tasks:
i) Produce a spreadsheet of potential affiliates/JV partners in the Classroom management / teaching niche.
Ii) Contact potential partners/blog owners and invite them to become affiliates for Behaviour Needs Ltd
iii) Contact potential partners/blog owners on a regular basis, build relationships with them and:
1. Arrange adswaps.
2. Request banner placements
3. Give away free, brandable, viral reports (provided by us) with a view to the partner circulating them to their subscribers
3. Arrange broadcast emails to their subscribers promoting our affiliate offers
Iv) Provide support for existing affiliates
V) Continue to recruit new affiliates
vi) Compile marketing material & expand the affiliate resource center
vii) Answer affiliate support requests
viii) Offer rebrandable reports for free on suitable forums
iv) Report to me on a weekly basis with progress report for previous week and plan for next week.
The successful candidate will be provided with a suite of promotional materials and checklists to carry out these tasks

Expectations.
You will be expected to complete a status report each week including a spreadsheet stating:
i) The number/details of contacts made.
ii) Details of new affiliates / JV partners recruited.
iii) Type of promotion completed - # of banner placements confirmed, # free reports distributed, # of JV mailings secured

Payment:
You will be provided with a dedicated second tier affiliate link and will be paid by commission only. The commission paid will be 20% of total sales generated by your efforts. Our average sale value is US$35.00
