The Social Media Chat Virtual Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various social media platforms on behalf of the client. This full-time role requires excellent English communication skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. The Virtual Assistant will work remotely and collaborate closely with the client to ensure their social media presence is effectively managed.
Key Accountabilities of Role:
Social Media Management: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across various social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer
Content Creation: Collaborate with the client to create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including writing posts, captions, and
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track customer feedback, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimising the client's social media
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, including but not limited to
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and engaging with customers in a professional capacity.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor and measure performance.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple social media platforms and prioritise tasks.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail to create compelling content and adapt to the client's brand voice.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and reliability.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies is a plus.
- With at least 1 year relevant & recent experience
