I'm a digital marketing consultant and AdWords specialist in the US and I am so busy that I need an assistant.
I can provide some training, but you must be very familiar with using a computer online, I cannot teach computer fundamentals or online basics.

You must meet all of these requirements:
- have great English
- really good at using a computer
- available to work full time (not including Sundays and Holidays)
- able to follow instructions VERY well.
- be willing to ask questions and learn, maybe do some research online in order to find answers to problems.
- good at following a checklist and instructions and making sure all items are done.
- able to to learn and receive instructions and corrections. I will teach you and help you to work better and more efficiently but you must not get upset when I offer advice or tell you I'm not happy with the way something was done.

If you are already experienced with PPC digital marketing, like AdWords, Bing, FaceBook ads, that would be a huge bonus so please let me know. But it is not necessary, if you are really good at using a computer and figuring stuff out online, then I can probably teach you.

The last VA I hired quit because I asked them to use a spreadsheet, and when they did it wrong and I corrected them, they wanted to stop working. If you feel that way, please do not apply to this job.
But if you can learn, this may be the perfect job for you.
The last applicant I spoke to interrupted me and would not stop talking, so I could never tell them or ask them anything. You need to be a good listener.
The last 2 people who applied to a job ob mine here on Onlinejobs.ph gave me their Skype ID but did not respond when I tried to connect with them on Skype.

I am interested in paying for full-time service and yet the workload may not be full time. This could make it a nice, easy job. But I just want you to be available when I need you. If it takes me more than 24 hours to get ahold of you via Skype or email then we are not a good fit for each other. (Sundays not included)

I am flexible with the hours, and for most tasks you will have multiple days to finish the task,
BUT, often there will be something specific I need done within 24 hours while I work on other projects or sleep.

I will start you off with a test project, probably hiring you for 1 week in order to see how you perform.

You must be available to communicate on Skype, both chat and voice, and also email.

I can teach you all kinds of wonderful skills on the computer, marketing and tech. I am more worried about your character and how trustworthy and responsible you are, and how well you follow instructions, than I am about your current technical skill.

I am not difficult to work with but I am a VERY BUSY American professional with a lot of high-pressure work, and your job is to make my life easier by taking good care of somes tasks for me so that I can get more done and get some sleep at night.
