We are Yehey Japan Co. Ltd., a company based in Tokyo, Japan that was established in 2007. We cater to the various needs of Filipinos living in Japan through the following services: gadget sales, technical support and device repair, and money remittance. 99% of our customers are Tagalog-speakers so fluency in English is not required. We are looking to add members to our Sales-Operations-Customer Service Department.

6. Know how to sell and provide customer support

8. Have good equipment and fast internet connection
The responsibilities you will have include…
1. Answering customer inquiries through social media, chat, call, and
2. Generating sales leads and meeting sales targets.
3. Introducing and converting customers to our services.
4. Helping manage the company's live events on social media.
5. Processing customer data, including payment matching, creating invoices and the like.
6. Learning the products and services of the company.
7. Handling customer concerns and problems, especially customers needing special care.
8. Providing excellent customer service by prioritizing customer support.
9. Accomplishing tasks related to our various services.
Training will be provided accordingly.
Salary: PhP 20,000.00/month
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week (may include Sundays), 8-hour shift between 10 AM to 09 PM JPT
