Develop efficient systems for all areas of the business. (finance, marketing, admin)

? Strategic Development Able to meet with the business owner and Joint Venture Partners to discuss and develop systems and operational improvements.

? Project Management
Management of team to implement, administer and manage systems.

? Management and communication
Responsible for sharing 'what's happening in the business' with the team (Key Information Holder) - via weekly updates to all team members

? Recruitment
When required recruit contractors
Secondary Roles

? VA Support
Responsible for supporting business owner, answering email, managing schedule and calendar.

? Social media support
Coordinate the delivery of content, upload to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Vimeo etc. Basic video editing required.
