Web Designer / Funnel Builder

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Web Designer (or Funnel Builder) to join our team on a project-based arrangement. As a Freelance Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional websites that meet each brand's requirements, branding, and objectives. Main Skillsets Needed:

- HTML/CSS knowledge (you will take copy and insert them in the correct areas within HTML tags)
- Web Design (you will need to have a good eye for web design and d ---------- where each piece of copy should go)
- SFTP/FTP knowledge (you'll be logging into FTPs daily to upload files)
- Funnel Building (you will need a good understanding of how a Sales Page, Lead Gen Page, and Thank You page works)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with founder to understand their project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Conceptualize and create website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes based on founder's specifications and industry best practices.
- Design visually appealing graphics, icons, and other visual elements for web pages.
- Develop responsive web designs that ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Implement front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate the design with the website's functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and resolve any design or functionality issues.
- Stay updated on current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance your skills and deliver cutting-edge designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with founder, web developer, and other tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a web designer, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet project deadlines.
