Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Lawyer to join our team as a Title Check ---------- this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough title checks and examinations to ensure the legal integrity and ownership of properties. Your expertise in real estate law and title examination will play a crucial role in supporting our clients throughout the property acquisition process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive title searches and examinations to verify property ownership, encumbrances, liens, and other
relevant legal information for properties in Florida.
• We have a process and questions that need to be answered for each properties title work.
• Analyze and interpret legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, contracts, and easements to assess their impact on
property ownership.
• Identify and resolve any title issues or defects that may arise during the examination process.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding title-related matters and potential risks associated with property
transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents as requested by Client

Requirements:

• Law degree from an accredited law school in Philippines
• Experience as a Real Estate Lawyer specializing in title examination and property transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and title standards.
• Strong analytical and research skills to conduct thorough title checks and identify potential issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex legal concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and technology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
