JOB OVERVIEW

I am needing a VA to manage various aspects of my promotional product, screen printing, embroidery & print brokering business.

Primary Responsibilities
Order Management - Corresponding with our vendors and clients to ensuring proper workflow of our in-house orders. This will include order input, PO to vendors, proofs to the client, client payments, shipping confirmation, and invoicing.
Bookkeeping - Data entry of invoices, bills, payments, receipts, reconciliations, etc. A strong bookkeeping understanding with Quickbooks is needed.

Secondary Responsibilities
Graphic Layout - If you have graphic design skills with illustrator and own the program this will help set you apart.
Product Research - Assistance with marketing product research as requested.
Online Marketing assistance as requested.

Required Skills & Qualities
Attention to detail
Good English verbal & writing skills
Strong bookkeeping/accounting skills
Proficient in Quickbooks & Excel

Requested Skills & Qualities
Graphic design skills
Owns Illustrator program

Chosen candidate will be expected to move our orders through the system and to completion in a timely manner. Keep the bookkeeping up to date. Work in conjunction with me in all these areas. You must start your letter with "You should hire me because".
