Google Ads Expert

We are a rapidly growing house cleaning company, Serenity Cleaning, with 7 locations across the country, opening 5 more by the end of the year, and 40 more next year. As we expand nationally, we are seeking a talented and experienced Filipino Google Ads Expert to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for the creation and management of all Google Ads campaigns, including Local Service Ads, and will play a key role in optimizing campaigns across multiple locations using the Google Ads Manager Account (MCC).

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Local Service Ads, to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad targeting to effectively reach our target audience.
Utilize Local Service Ads optimization techniques to enhance visibility and lead generation for our residential cleaning services.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize ROI and conversions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Google Ads best practices, particularly in the context of Local Service Ads and MCC management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on Local Service Ads ---------- -depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including search, display, remarketing, and Local Service Ads.
Proficiency in keyword research tools, analytics platforms, and MCC management for effective campaign execution.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad copywriting, and optimization techniques specific to the residential cleaning industry.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed ---------- lf-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
