Real Estate Maintenance Coordinator/Telemarketer

Responsibilities include:
Post rental properties on different consumer sites
answer inquiries from prospective tenants
coordinate maintenance orders on rental properties with contractors and make
sure all orders are completed.

Must have strong job and character references.

Responsibilities include:

Posting Properties - Use marketing websites provided to market rental homes on a daily basis. (Twice daily)

Follow up on repair work orders - Must maintain a record of all work orders submitted and detailed description of work required.

Following up on completion of maintenance jobs with vendors - Must be able to contact vendor in a timely manner to ensure work was scheduled with tenant and/or completed.

Following up on leads - Must be able to contact rental leads and provide specific information on properties and information on process to check out keys and view homes.


Requirements:

Great organizational skills - Must be able to keep a concise and organized list of all information.

Good phone skills - Must have the ability to communicate with vendor and rental prospects efficiently and accurately.

Attention to detail - Must be able to keep accurate records of all lead and maintenance request information.
