Senior Graphic Artist

Job Description:

As a Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and artwork for various marketing materials. Your primary focus will be on designing social media posts, postcards, property brochures/flyers, social media graphics, and newsletter email templates. You will work closely with our marketing team to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality designs that effectively communicate our brand message.

Responsibilities:
• Design captivating social media posts that align with our brand guidelines and attract our target audience.
• Create visually stunning postcards, property brochures/flyers that effectively highlight the features and benefits of our products/services.
• Develop engaging social media graphics that enhance our online presence and drive user engagement.
• Design professional and eye-catching newsletter email templates that effectively deliver our marketing messages to our subscribers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Generate fresh and innovative ideas to continuously improve the visual appeal of our marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and impactful.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design and photo editing.
• Expert-level proficiency in the following software: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including social media posts, postcards, brochures/flyers, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and transform them into visually appealing and effective designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.
