Full Stack Shopify Developer - Part-time/Full-time Opportunity

Requirements/Qualifications:
-Excellent command of the English language is essential.
-Proficient in full-stack e-commerce development, with a focus on Shopify.
-Self-sufficient and capable of handling all aspects related to Shopify independently.
-Reliability is crucial, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
-Extensive experience in working with Shopify (minimum 3+ years of experience required).
-Long-term collaboration and dedication to our company's goals are highly valued.
-Availability of at least 30 hours per week.

We are an Italy-based fully remote company comprising nearly 20 employees. While our warehouse is located in Italy and managed by a logistics center, we do not rely on drop shipping; instead, we operate an inventory-based model. A significant portion of our orders (currently 94%) are paid upon delivery, which sets us apart from our competitors and forms the cornerstone of our business strategy.
Our ultimate objective is to become the world's largest cash-on-delivery (COD) e-commerce platform, making products accessible to everyone through various payment methods, particularly cash on delivery. Alongside our wide catalog of products, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring swift order fulfillment.
The Role:
We are seeking a full-stack developer to optimize the conversion rate on our website. Your responsibilities will encompass implementing necessary changes, introducing custom features, refining the design of existing sections, resolving development-related issues, and more. Essentially, you will be responsible for the complete development aspect of our Shopify-based e-commerce store.
Working Hours:
We offer flexible working hours that accommodate your preferences. Before commencing each project, you will establish the estimated time of arrival (ETA), and as long as deadlines are met, you will have complete freedom to choose when and where you work.
Remuneration:
We understand that many developers prefer project-based compensation, based on their own quotes. However, if this is not the case, we are open to discussing an hourly rate. All financial arrangements will be thoroughly discussed during the selection process, prior to commencing any work.
