Recruiter & Recruiting Assistant – U.S. Real Estate Firm (California)

We are a U.S.-based real estate development and property management company with over 25 years of experience creating and managing apartment communities in the United States. We are currently seeking a Recruiter or Recruiting Assistant to join our growing team.

About the Role
You will help our team find, screen, and interview qualified candidates for roles across our company, including property management, operations, administration, and leadership positions. Responsibilities include creating job postings, screening resumes, communicating with applicants, assisting with interviews, evaluating candidates, and supporting recruiting strategies. We are looking for someone who shares our core values of honesty, integrity, professionalism, respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications
Strong spoken and written English, a Bachelor’s degree, good computer skills, Excel and Word experience (a plus), full-time availability (40 hours per week), and a reliable internet connection.
