Shopify Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Shopify Manager to lead our e-commerce efforts on Shopify. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing Shopify stores, as well as experience with email marketing campaigns. The Shopify Manager will work closely with the Director of E-commerce and the marketing team to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize our Shopify store to maximize sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
• Design, develop and maintain website content and layout using Shopify’s platform, including updating product listings, promotions, and pricing
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase sales
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Manage third-party integrations, including payment gateways and shipping providers
• Stay current on Shopify platform updates and new features, implementing them as appropriate to enhance the customer experience
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including social media advertising and
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores
• Experience with email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and list management
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including website optimization, payment gateways, and shipping logistics
• Proficient in Shopify's platform, including Liquid programming language and Shopify apps
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred
• Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms
• Experience with Klaviyo email marketing platform
