JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, I am real estate marketer that helps real estate agents grow their real estate team.

I need a seeking a highly qualified personal assistant that can help me with social media, communicate with my internal real estate team.

Must be willing to work the day shift here in the United States. We'll be working together Monday-Friday quite closely as there is plenty of coordination necessary between me, my real estate team, clients and more.

Important Details:
Monthly Salary: $550
Weekly Hours: 40
Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm CST (Lunch 12pm-1pm CST)


Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Daily on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc
2. Calendar Management
Sending reminders via Slack, Aweber, Facebook, Email
3. Attending Meetings & Note Taking
Attend Zoo ---------- etings & Send Recap
4. Email & Workflow Management
Triaging Email Requests
Triaging Notion Requests

Requirements
- Have 95%+ Previous Work Attendance
- Stable Internet Connection
- Excellent English Speaking & Writing
- Excellent at Social Media
- Strong organizational and management skills
- 2+ Yrs VA Experience Preferred
