Seeking Marketing/Production/Content Strategist/Coordinator

My name is Chris and I am a co-founder of a marketing agency that specializes in bringing accredited investors to real estate syndications (you can learn more about our flagship offering at ---------- ).

We're in a growth phase of our company and we're looking for a consistent, dependable, and talented individual to take on the following key marketing responsibilities:

• A marketing strategist who can develop, implement and manage inbound marketing strategies (think content for our email newsletter, blog posts, video ideas & shorts, social media, etc — we have a backlog of ideas)
• This individual would also help us execute on these strategies by producing high-quality content which may include sourcing on-brand graphics, creating engaging images (using MidJourney AI), writing engaging copy, and using Chat-GPT to generate content and video topics & outlines then editing them with a tasteful human touch
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and suggest and implement ways to optimize the effectiveness of our strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
