Job Title: Virtual STR Admin Assistant
Job Type: Part-time
Rate: $250-$300/month
Shift: Graveyard - Monday - Friday (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time)

About the company:
We are a small but fast-growing company that runs short-term rentals (STRs), aka Airbnbs in several states.

About the role:
You will be working closely with our existing administrative assistant reporting mostly to her, liaising with our other contractors, and occasionally directly with the CEO. Your role will be largely a combination of working on back-end organizational things (like creating, maintaining, and updating Standard Operating Procedures) on your own, and interfacing with guests, tenants, and clients (via phone, and email/text)

Responsibilities:

Create, follow, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Use G Suite applications, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
Make and set appointments by ---------- e Guesty and other STR applications, such as Airbnb, VRBO, and ---------- .
Use Rankbreeze and Pricelabs
Use Trello to track projects and tasks.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

With a minimum 1 year experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Customer support experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with G Suite applications is a plus.
Experience with Guesty and other STR applications is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work graveyard shift (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time).
Experience with Trello is a plus.
Ability to call and set appointments using OpenPhone.
