Hello! We are an e-commerce company housing numerous brands based in NYC. We've recently launched a new brand, and are looking to bring on a highly competent VA to manage the customer service, along with some other administrative tasks.
The role will start part-time with an EST-based schedule. As the brand and workload grows, the role will be moved to a full-time position. The main tasks will include customer support and data entry. You may also be required to assist in other parts of the business we see fit. This a long-term position, and we are looking for someone who will commit to growing with our brand and it's mission.
The brand you will be brought onto is a clothing brand in a very large, passionate, and growing market. There will be many SKUs, and as such, we expect someone who is comfortable dealing with a wide variety of products and support tickets. With that said, there is also tremendous potential for growth. The better your attitude and performance, the more your position will grow.
Some requirements we're looking for:
- Previous customer support experience
- Experience with Shopify, Freshdesk, etc
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Fast and reliable internet
- Experience with data entry on Google Suite, Excel, etc
- Experience with social media for moderation, etc
