Customer Service/Email Support

We are an established company operating two successful dropshipping stores in the German-speaking countries and are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Support / Email Support representative to assist us with handling customer inquiries. Our business has been operating for over two years across various online platforms.

Responsibilities:

.Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email 
.Handling order issues, complaints, refunds, and other customer-specific requests
.Providing information on products, delivery times, shipping methods, and return processes
.Ensuring high customer satisfaction through friendly, professional customer service
.Building and maintaining customer relationships through personalized and individualized care
.Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for improvements


Requirements:

.Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 level)
.Knowledge of German is a plus but not mandatory
.Ability to promptly and consistently respond to emails on a daily basis
.Experience in customer service or similar support roles is desirable
.Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
.Strong customer service orientation and empathy in dealing with customers
.Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
.Reliability, self-motivationWillingness to learn new tools and systems for customer support
.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision
.Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and customer demand
.Someone who can currently work 1 to 4 hours but has the potential to work around 6 hours in the future as we expand and launch additional stores.
