VA - CRM and Email Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to join our ---------- this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and segmenting our customer database, leveraging CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM to optimize customer interactions. Additionally, you will be creating templates and effective campaigns, that will be essential in generating leads. Requirements:

• Knowledge on CRM and email marketing (Zoho, Campaigns)
• Strong English communications skills (Fluent English)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)
• Able to work between 8 Am – 5 Pm (PST) Monday – Friday.
• Strong internet connection &/or backup connection
• Able to provide a professional appealing picture of yourself for email profile.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and segment customers/prospects in CRM.
• CRM Date Entry
• Linked in Marketing- Using Sales Navigator, scrubbing.
• Finding prospects
• Setting appointments for Sales Meetings
• Follow up on – Orders, Sample Kits Sent, weekly check ins, adding on social media, Cross marketing.
• Create email templates and designs that are visually appealing and effective.
