I Am Currently In Search Of A Short Form Content Editor To Edit My Videos Designed To Drive Leads Primarily From My Social Channels (30 Pieces - 1 For Each Day Of The Month)

I'm Looking For Someone With A Proven Track Record With Editing Softwares To Achieve Short Form Audience Retention Of At Least 70-80%

(Please Include Screenshots Of Relevant Analytics If Possible)

These Will Be Primarily Talking Head Videos So I Will Need Someone Who Is Good With Slight Transitions, Sounds, And Effects That Will Reset The Viewer's Attention To Keep Them Engaged While Not Distracting Them From The Overall Point Of The Video (I Will Also Need The Captions Added While I Talk (And To Keep The Viewer Engaged Without Distracting Them)

And Also Be Able To Use Jump Cuts, J Cuts, Zooms, And Pans When necessary

I Also Need Someone Who Has Access To Images And B Roll That Can Be Used To Add Emphasis In Relevant Parts Of The Video To Keep Viewers Engaged From Start To Finish

I'm Looking For A Quality Editor Who Will Deliver On Time Results While Being Able To Use There Imagination And Expertise To Optimize Each Piece Of Content For Views And People To Respond To The Given Call To Action
