Outbound Call Representative

We are seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Telemarketing Representative. Call representative will be responsible for making outbound telemarketing calls/set appointments to potential insurance clients. Qualifying clients, interest in the insurance products and services and transferring the potential clients to the licence agents.
Responsibilities:
-Attend morning meetings
-Place outbound call to potential insurance clients each day
-Qualify leads by asking questions about their insurance needs and interests
-Knowledgeable in company's products and services
-Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with potential clients
-Transfer potential clients to licence agent
-Set appointments
-Ability to work independently
Requirements:
-Proficient in English
-At least have 6 months to a year callcenter experience
-Proficient in using basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
-Good working environment
-Noise cancellation headset, at least 50mbps internet, desktop or laptop
