We currently have an opening for an enthusiastic, highly experienced, top performing and results driven Account Manager for an IT software company.

We are looking for a hands-on, results driven and qualified Account Manager who can join our company to operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer's accounts. You must have flare to build strong and lasting customer relationships. Your key focus will be to speak to customers, build rapport, understand our customers and fulfil their needs. You will assist and make sales while helping the customer. You will be recommending the best deals, up-selling, cross-selling and collecting important customer information for marketing needs.

This is a highly people-focused role which requires strong collaboration, communication, listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

What you will need: (Please ensure you strictly meet these minimum requirements before you apply as it will be used to shortlist candidates for the next stage)

* A 'minimum Bachelor's degree' or equivalent in Business Administration or Advertising

* Proven commercial - at least 5 years experience in Account Management

* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Deep digital understanding

* Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

* Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

*Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

* Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology

* Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes

* Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

* Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 5.30am to 2.30pm (Philippines time), including public holidays. Alternative public holidays are available

* Able to work from home, own laptop to start with, have good and reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

* The ability to converse and interact professionally and comfortably with colleagues

* Ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation including executive

* A secondary degree/expertise in Digital Marketing (Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Analytics etc.) or related will be an added ---------- l me what your secondary expertise is!
