Amazon Product Sourcing Specialist (Private Label) - Preferably with experience sourcing products in Mexico

We are a US-based company looking for an Experienced Product Sourcing Specialist. Duties include sourcing high-quality products to be developed and launched, building relationship and negotiating with suppliers, monitor product quality throughout the sourcing process, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, and resolve any issues that may arise.


REQUIREMENTS:
•Preferably someone who has experience finding suppliers in Mexico or other countries.
• At Least 2+ years of experience sourcing products for Private Label Business
•Can negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers to maximize profitability without compromising quality
•Proven experience in product sourcing, supplier management, or procurement
* Has an available work-from-home setup (fast hard-wired internet connection, desktop or laptop PC, PC headset, webcam, etc.)
*Excellent communication skills
*Highly organized

*Meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities:
Seeking manufacturers to create the products we are going to pursue
Create agreements and product specification sheet to ensure production will be in accordance with the specifications needed.
Negotiate pricing and maintain relationships with our manufactures
Arrange 3rd Party Inspections
Research regarding certifications needed
Proven track record of success
Managing some aspects of Amazon Seller Central
Understanding and Amazon seller policies
Other related tasks in support of business operations
