Digital Marketing and Ads Specialist

Our founder needs an extremely reliable digital marketing and advertising expert for ongoing projects.

Outcomes of the job:

- Our clients require support with email marketing, advertising, SEM and marketing automation
- You will have expertise in managing Google Ads, Google Shopping, Social media ads including Facebook and others
- You have expertise in multiple email marketing platforms including help with setting up from scratch
- Develop strategies for our eCommerce clients to make more sales
- Monitor and track performance with your great reporting skills
- If you don’t know how to use a new platform or technology… you know how to find out… and learn fast!


We're looking for someone amazing to work with for the long term. If you're looking for the same old, same old then this won't be for you.

You'll need to include the word RAD somewhere in your application so that we'll see you have read and understand this brief.

Role Requirements:

- Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand holding
- Must be a ninja at English written communications
- Good English on phone/meetings
- Must have a lot of experience working with a western company
(USA, Australia, UK, Etc)
- Good SEO knowledge
- Experience across multiple marketing platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self manage
- Must be a proactive problem solver who finds the solutions first rather than asks questions
- Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills
- Strong understanding of paid search, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Advanced understanding of Google ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant & Search Console, Klaviyo, Meta Business, Tik Tok Business, Pinterest Business & Shopify

Role details:

- To start, this role will be freelance or project-based, with opportunity for more
- Provide the highest level of support quickly and without fuss
- Irregular hours may be required at times (Such as US timezones)
