Looking for 5 Facebook video editors for Our Lead Generation Social Media Marketing Agency.

MUST HAVES:
-Previous experience as a video editor (Minimum 2yr+ editing videos for Facebook Ads)
-Fluent English (Conversational and writing)
-Understanding of how to create high converting ads on Facebook (Intros/Hooks> Body>Call to Action)
-Ability to spot trends.
-Someone who understands how to generate UGC/AI Voice over content w/ softwares such as 11labs

Ideally preferred if you;
-Understand how to source videos from Facebook, Youtube, Or Tiktok
-Have experience in creating lead generation ads for facebook
-understand high converting video structures (Hooks > Problem > Solution > Call to Action)

This is a Contractor Position will be paid per video basis to start, eventually turning into full time

Compensation structure to start : $15-35 USD per video to start (depending on experience) + $100 USD BONUS for every winning video ad you make.

Once your videos are proven to convert, Full Time position will be offered.
