Paralegal/Legal Assistant/Attorney - California Law -

Looking for a reliable, detailed, accurate and highly qualified attorney that has very strong writing, organizational, and research skills to work according to California/Pacific Standard time 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week 100% remotely.

Applicant must have fast writing, typing and reading skills and a strong background in legal writing, research, strong communications skills. Results oriented. We are willing to train on California law. Fluent English ---------- inese preferred but not required

We have not hired from out of country before, so our pay will be $9 per hour, at an approximate base per month of $1,440 (160 hours a month) . Pay will be on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Must have proficient knowledge of WORD, Adobe Pro for documents,
Computer speed and space for Zoom, Microsoft Teams

Interviews will be conducted today, 6/6/23 from 10:30PM - 11:30PM.

At the end of each month of working at least 150 hours monthly, the bonus shall be: Year 1
Base pay working 160hrs a month $9 per hour = $1,440
Month 1 - $50,
Month 2 - $60,
Month 3 - $80,
Month 4 - $90,
Month 5 - $100,
Month 6 - $110,
Month 7 - $120,
Month 8 - $130,
Month 9 - $140,
Month 10 - $150,
Month 11 - $160,
Month 12 - $200.

Year 2 - the base hourly will increase to $10 per hour, with the monthly bonuses paid on the 1st after each month, at 160hrs a month $1,600, plus:

Month 1 - $200
Month 2 - $210
Month 3 - $220
Month 4 - $230
Month 5 - $240
Month 6 - $250
Month 7 - $260
Month 8 - $270
Month 9 - $280
Month 10 - $290
Month 11 - $300
Month 12 - $350

Year 3 - the base hourly will increase to $11 per hour, with the monthly paid on the 1st after each month, at $1,760 a month plus:
