Google ads manager

We are a charity based in Australia that has Google ads grants offering US$10,000 of ads per month which we need to efficiently and effectively utilise mainly through Google ads with the possibility of doing some additional advertising on ---------- and possibly Facebook in the future for someone with the right skills.
We are seeking someone to do around 3 -8 hours work per week in maintaining the Google AdWords account and advising on other opportunities that they could implement with ---------- or Facebook. This would be a constantly evolving role as we produce more content and create resources and other assets that we can market through our social channels

You will be working in Australia time zone so this would be a daytime job but also flexible
