Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Email
Social media comments & Messenger Support
Maintain an Excel sheet to track refund, replacement, modification, and cancellation requests and inform the fulfillment team of any necessary changes.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Proven experience in E-commerce Customer Support
Strong knowledge of online platforms, such as Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Hubstaff, etc.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers
Strong sense of responsibility
Meticulous attention to detail: Committed to accuracy and quality control
Desire to work and grow with our brand, treating it as a long-term career
Honest, responsible, and punctual
Job Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 pm - 5 am (Philippines Time)
Work Venue: Fully remote, work-from-home
