UI/UX Designer

Job description:

We are looking for a designer skilled in creating intuitive user interfaces that are visually ---------- this role, you will develop website wireframes and designs that establish the structure, layout, and user flow of our web pages.

Our priority is to keep UI/UX central to the websites we create. They should be easy to navigate, answer the questions people are searching for, and be beautiful. You will be in charge of creating the look and feel of these websites.

The purpose of the websites we create is to help our clients sell their services and wares. Our designs and layouts are central to helping our clients sell more. Coding skills are not required, but an understanding of how designs work online is.

Responsibilities:

Develop website wireframes that demonstrate the structure, layout, and information hierarchy of web pages, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user ---------- corporate feedback and suggestions into design revisions.
Create and curate a collection of beautiful, branded graphics and style ideas to use throughout the site
Adhere to deadlines, ie. Site design presented within 1-2 weeks, one set of banner ads within 3-7 days, design revisions within 3 days, etc.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience creating website designs.
Has designed a minimum of 10 websites within the last 5 years
Skillful at creating website designs with visually appealing page layouts that are simple to navigate.
Expertise in wireframing/design tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or similar software.
Expansion of brand ideas from wireframes to fleshed-out visual web designs
Meet anticipated workload requirements, on average:
1 new site design per month.
1 set of banner ads for 10-15 clients every 90 days (room for growth)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Start Date: Immediate

Price: $5-$10/hr USD - based on experience and time efficiency
