Fantasy Fiction Novel Writing or Ghost Writer

We are looking for writers that are experienced in writing Tolkien style fantasy setting books. We are looking an author who is strong in character and story development along with a main protagonist. You should be able to use pre-developed worlds and city histories along with creating your own areas to explore. Please provide examples of your work and how much you are looking for per word.
