JOB OVERVIEW

This is a full-time, salaried position with 31 annual vacation days (including local public holidays). Salaries are paid monthly via Wise. We have a small, majority Filipino team with a friendly, collaborative culture. We document everything we can so that our expectations are managed. We also promote from within, and there is always the opportunity to take a more senior role in the future.

We're looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to help us create success for our clients. Our clients are residential real estate agents in Canada, and lead generation is always the goal. We do also have some internal projects to work on, which helps to keep things varied.

You must have strong communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English. Our ideal candidate would also be available for 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, somewhere within the range of 3am to 5pm US Mountain Time, but there is flexibility, so let's ---------- this role, you will be working on the following based on our instructions:
- Admin and research tasks.
- Potentially bookkeeping and payment preparation.
- Helping to manage ClickUp.
- Ensuring good organization and tidiness across our organization.
- Communicating with tea ---------- mbers.
- Occasionally communicating with clients.
- Become an expert in our company.

We're looking for someone with the following:
- Excellent written English skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Desire to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, payroll and payment preparation preferred
- Knowledge in ClickUp a plus
- Experience with WordPress is considered an asset.
