Email Marketer

WHO WE ARE:
KB Creative Web & Marketing is a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping small business scale their eCommerce efforts and become more profitable. We provide everything a client needs under one roof including web design & development, SEO, PPC, content creation, email marketing, and overall strategy. Over the last six years, we have helped businesses of all sizes and across a range of markets to grow their online sales and achieve their dreams.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced e-commerce email marketer who is comfortable working with a range of email marketing platforms including Klaviyo, Omnisend, and Drip. This will include list management, campaign sending, automation setup, and more.
We are looking for motivated and proactive people who are eager to learn and grow.

This is a remote work from home role and would be perfect for someone who is self motivated, organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator.

You will have an opportunity to help dozens of small businesses grow their online sales and also help our small team grow to serve even more clients. This is a part time position that could lead to full time once you've proven a good fit within the team.

You'll report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on various client accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your job will be to use your past experience to:

- Campaign idea generation
- Campaign planning
- Designing attractive campaign templates
- Writing effective copy for emails
- Managing lists and segments
- Publishing campaigns for clients
- Setting up automations
- Monitoring key statistics across all accounts
- Making adjustments as needed to reach our goals
- Working with the team to come up with ideas, copywriting, and design to produce the best emails for our clients

EXPERIENCE:
Strong experience with: Klaviyo, Drip, Omnisend, or other best in class email marketing platforms
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce and Shopify
Must be detail oriented
Fluent English - All clients are US based so English copywriting is extremely important
Attention to detail is essential

You should be comfortable using project management software, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, and other cloud based communication tools.

You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you have suggestions or improvements based on your experience. We encourage that.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
This is a full time position with a range of great benefits including paid holidays, competitive salary, and a 4 day work week (Monday - Thursday). We have flexible working hours between 6am EST and 5pm EST. All clients are in the US.
