Team Lead Software Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, and ---------- applications that leverage cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML and document databases like Raven DB. Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of software developers, including QA, BA, and Scrum Master, in the design, development, and maintenance ---------- applications that leverage technologies such as AI/ML and document databases like Raven DB.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to tea ---------- mbers, ensuring high-quality code is produced and best practices are followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze technical specifications, and develop project plans.
Ensure timely delivery of software projects and identify and mitigate risks.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to
increase efficiency and quality of output.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends ---------- development, as well as AI/ML and document databases like Raven DB.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among tea ---------- mbers, stakeholders, and management.
Hire and onboard new tea ---------- mbers as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of experience ---------- development, including experience in a leadership role.
Strong technical skills ---------- , C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Angular, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
Experience with document databases like Raven DB.
Experience with version control tools like Git, project management tools like JIRA, and code collaboration tools like Bitbucket.
Experience with AI/ML technologies and their integration ---------- applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
