Job Title: Amazon FBA Sourcing VA Specialist

We are a U.S.(Miami) based Trading Company who does a large amount of of business via Amazon. We are looking for a talented VA to who will work from home from your comforts. Prior experience is a must!

This full-time position will require 1 thing, online Arbitrage. 8hrs/day 5 days per week. M-F is preferred, although the applicant can let us know which 5-days they prefer. This will stand every 30-days.
The applicant will scour throughout the internet daily for online arbitrage deals to help grow our business and their talents. We are looking for somebody who already has experience in Sourcing products online via Online Arbitrage. As well as stalking storefronts, reverse sourcing, looking for combinability with Ratuken, cashback deals, clearance sales etc. We need somebody who will use their talents to source deeper than just Walmart & Target.

An understanding and comfort via the following is vital:

A reliable, high-speed internet connection is an absolute MUST. Although it will not be everyday, the VA must be comfortable with sitting down via Zoom 1-2 times per week to simply discuss their findings. Also to discuss the environment, your progress, strategies, coaching etc. The majority of communication will be via Whatsapp as we do not like to micromanage.

A strong command of verbal and written English is important.
The usage of Google Sheets and Gmail will be used daily.
Google Sheets will be used to build daily lead lists. This will include BSRs, Buy box, ranking(under 150k), how many sellers, ROI(25% min). We are looking for products that sell for a minimum of $12 and max of $80-100. Based on the opportunity, that max can increase. Most importantly, how many of the said product can be purchased per $1k Upgrade to see actual info sounds like a lot, but this a very comfortable position where not too much is demanded. Simply source profitable products. We value transparency and a trustworthy applicant that we can work with for the foreseeable future. 1 home-run deal per week is what is required, with daily submissions that meet our qualifications. We expect our VAs the become more efficient as with time. We do provide bonus' based on Upgrade to see actual infoTE: During the hiring process will have the applicants test their sourcing skills with 1-2 short tests.
