JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Support professional. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate various tech platforms. The primary responsibilities of this role include reporting, tech navigation, and customer support. This position offers the benefit of a flexible work schedule, but coverage of US-based time zones is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


????Reporting:
- Compile, organize, and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on the data within reports.
- Communicate findings effectively to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers and management.


????Tech Navigation:
- Navigate and efficiently use various technology platforms, including CRM systems, project management tools, and communication platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Provide training and support to other tea ---------- mbers on the use of these platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology developments to suggest improvements and streamline processes.

????Customer Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting a positive company image.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers as needed.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and update customer records as necessary.

- Proven experience in an administrative support role, including experience with reporting, tech navigation, and customer support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and adapt to changing prioritiess
- Availability to cover US-based timezones.
- Familiarity with Canva
